- Assist in preparing and coordinating the event calendar for European boutiques and major wholesale points of sale, aligning with regional communication and commercial strategies.
- Support and centralize event requests from boutiques and the Wholesale team, ensuring smooth coordination and high-quality execution.
- Coordinate event logistics with agencies, service providers, and internal teams.
- Prepare and update event documents, including briefing forms, follow-ups, and post-event reports.
- Monitor planning, budgets, and operational steps for each event.
- Assist in preparing and coordinating VIC Care programs for European boutiques and major wholesale points of sale.
- Support VIC Care needs for boutiques and the Wholesale team through the dedicated Conciergerie, ensuring smooth communication and high-quality execution.
- Coordinate with the Conciergerie for requests related to activities, gifts, services, and touchpoints.
- Prepare and update VIC Care documents, including briefing forms and post-VIC reports.
- Track planning, budgets, and operational aspects for VIC Care actions.
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of budgets for events and VIC Care initiatives.
- Monitor expenses and prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Record invoices and track payments when needed.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good time-management and ability to prioritize.
- Problem-solving mindset, curiosity, and creativity.
- Strong sense of team spirit and collaboration.
- A degree in communications, event management, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in event coordination, operational marketing, customer experience, or client service is a plus.
