- Coordinate personalized client treatments in alignment with the brand's image.
- Identify and document the needs and requests of the European region.
- Ensure operational follow-up for seamless client treatment execution.
- Brief and liaise with the concierge service for preparation and follow-up.
- Coordinate with various service providers involved in client treatment.
- Prepare qualitative and quantitative reports on VIC Care operations.
- Monitor and manage the budget for operations, including invoice processing.
- Implement the event animation plan for the region.
- Organize cocktails, dinners, and in-store animations with service providers.
- Oversee daily logistical follow-up for events.

- Master's degree (1st or 2nd year) in Marketing or Communication from a Business School or University.
- Previous experience in the luxury sector, ideally in event management or coordination with retail teams, internal services, and providers.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Business and service-oriented mindset.
- Proactivity, creativity, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills with proficiency in data processing and interpretation.
- Fluency in English; a third language is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Adobe InDesign is a plus.
Previous experience in luxury event management or coordination with retail teams and service providers is preferred.
Master's degree in Marketing or Communication.
