1. Coordinate personalized client treatments in alignment with the brand's image.
2. Identify and document the needs and requests of the European region.
3. Ensure operational follow-up for seamless client treatment execution.
4. Brief and liaise with the concierge service for preparation and follow-up.
5. Coordinate with various service providers involved in client treatment.
6. Prepare qualitative and quantitative reports on VIC Care operations.
7. Monitor and manage the budget for operations, including invoice processing.
8. Implement the event animation plan for the region.
9. Organize cocktails, dinners, and in-store animations with service providers.
10. Oversee daily logistical follow-up for events.

1. Master's degree (1st or 2nd year) in Marketing or Communication from a Business School or University.
2. Previous experience in the luxury sector, ideally in event management or coordination with retail teams, internal services, and providers.

4. Analytical skills with proficiency in data processing and interpretation.
5. Fluency in English; a third language is advantageous.
6. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Adobe InDesign is a plus.

Previous experience in luxury event management or coordination with retail teams and service providers is preferred.

Master's degree in Marketing or Communication.
