Boucheron Direct Procurement Manager

- Manage the procurement of machined finished products, fittings, components, and subcontracting activities within the Jewelry, Fine Jewelry, and Watchmaking segments.
- Define and manage the supplier panel comprehensively.
- Negotiate and finalize purchases of all products or services necessary for production, ensuring optimal quality, price, and delivery conditions.
- Serve as Supplier Performance Manager, ensuring supplier performance across all components.
- Oversee complete supplier relationship management, including contractual, pricing, compliance, CSR, and performance aspects.
- Optimize production costs through value analysis, systematic competition, and economies of scale for both existing and new products.
- Define production capacity needs based on short, medium, and long-term forecasts and manage projects for capacity evolution or new manufacturer initiation.
- Ensure secure and smooth supply by implementing multi-sourcing strategies and strategic stock management.
- Lead projects to improve upstream supply chain performance, both internally and with external manufacturers.
- Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management.
- Proven experience in project management within a supply chain or managing a manufacturer panel.

A minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in project management within a supply chain or managing a panel of manufacturers.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with a specialization in Procurement.
