7. Understand and comply with Boucheron security and operational procedures.
8. Support the Flagship Director in reporting all relevant information to Headquarters and sharing it with boutique staff.

3. Experienced leader with 3 to 5 years in a store or team management position.
4. Passionate about client satisfaction.
5. Dynamic, agile, and flexible to adapt to a fast-paced growing company.
6. Entrepreneurship mentality.

1. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
2. Fluent proficiency in English, with additional languages preferred.
3. Jewelry knowledge is an asset but not required.
