Boucheron Deputy Store Director

- Supervise sales operations to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Implement strategic action plans to achieve sales targets and profit and loss objectives.
- Maintain the store atmosphere to reflect the Maison's image.
- Promote the Maison's culture both internally and externally, inspiring customers and staff.
- Engage in proactive client relationship management to drive client acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Support the sales team in organizing VIP care treatments and managing prestige events.
- Manage, empower, and motivate the sales team to foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with Boucheron's security and operational procedures.
- Act as a liaison between the boutique and the Maison, supporting the Flagship Director in reporting and implementing action plans.
- Lead specific projects related to retail excellence and clienteling.
- Strong commercial drive with a results-oriented mindset.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Experienced leader with 3 to 5 years in store or team management.
- Passionate about client satisfaction.
- Dynamic, agile, and flexible.
- Entrepreneurial mentality.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent proficiency in English; additional languages preferred.
