- Provide operational support to the Customs Department under the guidance of the Customs Manager.
- Manage customs operations, including the establishment of export customs.
- Collect necessary documents for import/export clearance.
- Communicate import and export clearance instructions to relevant departments.
- Update customs activity tracking tables.
- Compile and transmit necessary customs data for mandatory monthly/quarterly declarations.
- Handle operational management of CITES permits.
- Participate in the preparation of monthly customs reports.
- Assist in research to determine the tariff classification of goods.
- Research local regulations to ensure compliant product importation into various markets.
- Conduct mandatory monthly post-declaration checks on import and export flows.
- Study potential process improvements to modernize customs management within the company.
- Pursuing a degree in customs, transport/logistics, or international trade (minimum Bac+2).
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with teams, other departments, and suppliers.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Curious nature with initiative for conducting research.
- Dynamic and motivated attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is essential.
No prior experience required, but relevant coursework or internships in customs or logistics are advantageous.
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Bac+2 or higher).
