1. Provide operational support to the Customs Department under the guidance of the Customs Manager.
2. Manage customs operations, including the establishment of export customs.
3. Collect necessary documents for import/export clearance.
4. Communicate import and export clearance instructions to relevant departments.
5. Update customs activity tracking tables.
6. Compile and transmit necessary customs data for mandatory monthly/quarterly declarations.
7. Handle operational management of CITES permits.
8. Participate in the preparation of monthly customs reports.
9. Assist in research to determine the tariff classification of goods.
10. Research local regulations to ensure compliant product importation into various markets.
11. Conduct mandatory monthly post-declaration checks on import and export flows.
12. Study potential process improvements to modernize customs management within the company.

1. Pursuing a degree in customs, transport/logistics, or international trade (minimum Bac+2).

1. Excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with teams, other departments, and suppliers.
2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
3. Curious nature with initiative for conducting research.
4. Dynamic and motivated attitude.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Fluency in English is essential.

No prior experience required, but relevant coursework or internships in customs or logistics are advantageous.

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Bac+2 or higher).
