Boucheron Customer Service Specialist

- Administer after-sales service including receipt and estimation of repair items.
- Manage timelines and quality control for repairs.
- Oversee repair pricing and cost management.
- Coordinate with external vendors for repair services.
- Order and manage inventory of repair parts.
- Implement and manage purchase service introduction and operations.
- Introduce and manage after-service policies, updating related manuals.
- Handle wholesale administration including inquiries, order management, and repair coordination.
- Manage consignment products and buy-back processes.
- Process invoices related to wholesale operations.
- Act as a liaison for client service inquiries escalated from Kering Client Service, coordinating with relevant departments.
- Ability to embody the 'One Team' spirit of Boucheron culture.
- Proficient in facilitating smooth communication both internally and externally.
- Competent in handling correspondence in English independently.
- Experience with ERP systems such as M3 or SAP.
- Experience in the jewelry industry is advantageous.
- Advanced Excel skills, including functions like IF, VLOOKUP, and PIVOT for reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalated client inquiries.
Experience in client services or a similar role within the luxury sector is required. Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills are essential.
