Boucheron Corporate Human Resources Intern

- Serve as the primary HR contact for interns and apprentices at the headquarters.
- Collaborate with department managers to develop job descriptions.
- Draft and publish job postings on various platforms including internal channels and LinkedIn.
- Gather recruitment needs from managers.
- Oversee the recruitment process for interns and apprentices, including conducting interviews and compiling interview reports.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for corporate staff, including system integration and orientation.
- Cultivate and manage the intern and apprentice community within the company.
- Assist in onboarding sessions.
- Propose continuous improvement strategies for HR processes and tools.
- Maintain and update HR management systems, particularly Workday.
- Manage probationary period tracking.
- Handle internal HR communications, such as announcements of new hires.
- Support the preparation of contractual documents and administrative follow-up for interns and apprentices.
- Coordinate with educational institutions for contract creation and management.
- Assist in HR project management.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or University with a specialization in Human Resources or Occupational Psychology.
- Previous experience in HR development or recruitment is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Workday is advantageous.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
