1. Serve as the primary HR contact for interns and apprentices at the headquarters.
2. Collaborate with department managers to develop job descriptions.
3. Draft and publish job postings on various platforms including internal channels and LinkedIn.
4. Gather recruitment needs from managers.
5. Oversee the recruitment process for interns and apprentices, including conducting interviews and compiling interview reports.
6. Facilitate the onboarding process for corporate staff, including system integration and orientation.
7. Cultivate and manage the intern and apprentice community within the company.
8. Assist in onboarding sessions.
9. Propose continuous improvement strategies for HR processes and tools.
10. Maintain and update HR management systems, particularly Workday.
11. Manage probationary period tracking.
12. Handle internal HR communications, such as announcements of new hires.
13. Support the preparation of contractual documents and administrative follow-up for interns and apprentices.
14. Coordinate with educational institutions for contract creation and management.
15. Assist in HR project management.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or University with a specialization in Human Resources or Occupational Psychology.
2. Previous experience in HR development or recruitment is preferred.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Familiarity with Workday is advantageous.
5. Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
6. Interest in the luxury industry.
