1. Ensure compliance and privacy aspects of the company's projects.
2. Identify and communicate risks effectively.
3. Develop legal culture within the company.
4. Implement and monitor the Group's Compliance and Privacy policy.
5. Advise operational teams on legal issues related to compliance and privacy.
6. Monitor corporate matters for subsidiaries in France and internationally.
7. Participate in and oversee M&A operations.
8. Conduct legal research and draft notes.
9. Establish processes and update tracking tools.

1. Holder of a Master's degree in Business Law with over 5 years of experience in compliance and privacy in a law firm or company operating in an international environment.

Over 5 years of experience in compliance and privacy in a law firm or company operating in an international environment.
