Boucheron Communication and Marketing Assistant Intern

- Serve as the primary liaison for press agencies, journalists, and stylists, managing requests for shootings, interviews, visuals, and celebrity loans.
- Contribute to the organization of press events, including new collection presentations and press dinners.
- Ensure seamless coordination with all departments, including PR agencies, retail, security, stock, and import-export.
- Support key events such as Haute Joaillerie showcases, ensuring personalized experiences for Very Important Clients (VICs).
- Assist in the implementation of cross-functional projects, including in-store animations and personalized client experiences.
- Oversee daily logistical follow-up and coordinate with all service providers.
- Manage administrative aspects of projects, including budget tracking, invoice processing, contract support, and maintaining the press contact database.
- Prepare pre- and post-event reports, including weekly press reviews and presentations.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Fashion, or University studies in Marketing/Communication.
- Minimum of 6 months of professional experience in a marketing or communication environment, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Adobe InDesign is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Highly organized, meticulous, responsive, and tenacious.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
At least 6 months of relevant experience in marketing or communication, ideally in the luxury industry.
Pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
