1. Assist the Global Merchandising Manager in managing stock and sales operations.
2. Coordinate collection launches and event preparations with the Global High Jewelry Project Manager.
3. Process transfer requests for client presentations and coordinate with logistics.
4. Monitor the transportation of selections for commercial and communication events globally.
5. Validate product availability for press shoots and internal requests, focusing on new collections.
6. Collaborate with Quality Control for product restoration for sales.
7. Conduct stock analyses, including quantitative, qualitative, and geographic evaluations.
8. Develop stock mapping with regional allocations.
9. Contribute to the implementation of action plans for high jewelry launches.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline projects.
11. Support the organization of high jewelry events, including logistics and reporting.
12. Develop tools to enhance the high-end client experience, such as product catalogs.
13. Conduct competitive analysis on high jewelry events.

1. Enrollment in a business school or equivalent (Bachelor's +4/5).
2. Previous experience in the jewelry industry is preferred.
3. Familiarity with the luxury sector is advantageous.
