Boucheron Boutique Manager

- Oversee comprehensive management of the boutique, including staff, merchandise, and customer service.
- Achieve sales targets and uphold high operational and sales standards.
- Develop strategies for daily operations and ensure monthly and yearly sales goals are met.
- Attract new customers and manage public relations to maximize sales.
- Implement action plans in collaboration with the commercial team.
- Monitor local trading environment and its impact on sales.
- Coordinate in-store and promotional events with marketing.
- Ensure premium brand image is sustained through smooth service execution.
- Train, manage, and motivate staff to meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and retaining talent.
- Develop and manage a boutique database through KPIs and CRM systems.
- Cultivate a High Jewelry VIP clientele with support from the commercial team.
- Ensure safety and security of stock and personnel.
- Monitor merchandise assortment and manage stock levels to meet market needs.
- Adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to enhance brand image and sales.
- Oversee store operations including payroll, billing, and reporting.
- Manage relationships with landlords and vendors.
- Over 5 years of leadership experience in the luxury industry.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong sales driving skills.
- Effective team management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
A minimum of five years in a sales leadership role within the luxury sector is required.
