- Lead and coach the boutique team, fostering professional development and alignment with the brand's vision.
- Communicate and motivate the team around the Maison's strategy and individual contributions.
- Recruit and integrate boutique staff efficiently.
- Report directly to the CEO, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Analyze boutique performance and develop action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and optimize boutique KPIs and profitability.
- Plan and execute strategic and financial goals in collaboration with the Retail Director and headquarters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain boutique standards in visual merchandising and operations.
- Develop client relationships, expand the customer database, and enhance client loyalty.
- Lead client relationship programs and act as a brand ambassador with high-value clients.
- Oversee training and development of Sales Associates, ensuring performance reviews and coaching are conducted.
- Ability to work collaboratively within the Boucheron Japan culture.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends and brand strategy.
