1. Welcome clients with discretion, warmth, and professionalism, ensuring a refined boutique experience.
2. Assist Sales Advisors during client appointments by preparing jewels, presentation trays, and refreshments.
3. Ensure presentation areas and visual displays are immaculate and aligned with brand standards.
4. Collaborate and support internal clients for celebrity fittings, photo shoots, and internal transfers and consignments.
5. Oversee the daily operations of the boutique, coordinating appointments, deliveries, and service requests.
6. Receive, ship, and maintain inventory cycle counts for operational efficiency.
7. Manage semestrial store inventory and client repairs, ensuring a seamless after-sale process.
8. Maintain stockroom organization and manage boutique supplies, packaging, and stationery.
9. Open and close the boutique, supervising security schedules and cleaning crew duties.
10. Prepare boutique reports, appointment schedules, and sales documentation with accuracy.
11. Process client orders, repairs, and special requests in alignment with brand guidelines.
12. Support the Boutique Director with calendar coordination, event preparation, and follow-up communications.
13. Assist in planning and executing boutique events, private viewings, and high jewelry showcases.
14. Ensure VIP appointments are managed with precision, including special presentation and security requirements.

1. 2 – 4 years of experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry, or hospitality in a client-centric role.
2. Refined presence and polished communication style, both written and verbal.
3. Ability to balance discretion with warmth in client interactions.
4. Proficiency with luxury retail systems, appointment management, and basic administrative tools.
5. Genuine appreciation for high craftsmanship, heritage, and brand storytelling.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
7. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and CRM tools is a plus.
8. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
9. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Deep understanding of luxury client expectations and white-glove service standards.
11. Ability to support boutique events and private appointments.
12. Trusted to handle sensitive client information and high-profile appointments.
13. Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
14. Fluency in additional languages beyond English is a plus.

Base pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour plus monthly incentive.
