1. Maintain store standards in accordance with the store manual procedure.
2. Oversee all inbound and outbound flows of merchandise, including sales stock, after-sales, and PR products.
3. Coordinate various PR requests, such as award season, photoshoots, and celebrity dressing.
4. Ensure meticulous adherence to end-of-day procedures to maintain operational consistency and security.
5. Report any theft or suspected theft by clients or employees immediately.
6. Manage and process Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) in the system for the store.
7. Handle ad hoc assignments and projects.
8. Drive the achievement of store’s sales and KPI targets established by Senior Management.
9. Collaborate with Retail teams to develop and implement plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals.
10. Serve as a role model to staff by performing all store functions as necessary and promoting positive attitudes toward customers.
11. Motivate the team and contribute personally to building client relationships.
12. Ensure the exceptional Boucheron client experience is provided throughout every interaction.
13. Provide a friendly environment, greeting and acknowledging every client, maintaining outstanding standards, and solid product knowledge.
14. Minimize client complaints through effective customer service in accordance with store policy.
15. Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular store management and staff meetings, store walk-throughs, and audits.
16. Train and develop sales executives in all aspects of the business; direct and monitor training and development for sales associates.
17. Prepare and submit time schedules as prescribed by corporate policy, approve payroll and time-off requests, and submit commissions monthly.

1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. 3-5 years retail supervisory experience, luxury experience is a plus
3. Experience in retail operations, inventory control, and visual merchandising
4. Highly skilled at creating valuable relationships and developing new connections
5. Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills, able to transfer knowledge to and coach their team
6. Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays
7. Customer relations and customer service professional

1. Excellent oral and written communication skills
2. Computer literacy – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
3. Foreign language skills are a plus

3-5 years of retail supervisory experience, preferably in the luxury sector, with a strong background in retail operations, inventory control, and visual merchandising.

Bachelor’s Degree

Base salary: $110,000 - $120,000 per year
