Boucheron Assistant Store Director

- Maintain store standards in accordance with the store manual procedure.
- Oversee all inbound and outbound flows of merchandise, including sales stock, after-sales, and PR products.
- Coordinate various PR requests, including award season, photoshoots, and celebrity dressing.
- Ensure meticulous execution of end-of-day procedures to maintain operational consistency and security.
- Report any theft or suspected theft by clients or employees immediately.
- Manage and process Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) in the system for the store.
- Drive the achievement of store’s sales and KPI targets established by Senior Management.
- Work with retail teams to develop and implement plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals.
- Function as a role model to staff by performing all store functions as necessary.
- Motivate the team and contribute to building client relationships throughout every step.
- Ensure the exceptional Boucheron client experience is provided throughout every interaction.
- Provide a friendly environment with outstanding standards, solid product knowledge, and excellent customer service.
- Minimize client complaints through effective customer service in accordance with store policy.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular store management and staff meetings.
- Train and develop sales executives in all aspects of the business.
- Prepare and submit time schedules as prescribed by corporate policy, approve payroll, and manage time-off requests.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5 years of retail supervisory experience, luxury experience preferred
- Experience in retail operations, inventory control, and visual merchandising
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Highly skilled at creating valuable relationships and developing new connections
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to transfer knowledge and coach team members
- Customer relations and customer service expertise
- Computer literacy in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Foreign language proficiency is a plus
3-5 years of retail supervisory experience, preferably within the luxury sector.
Bachelor’s Degree
Base salary: $110,000 - $120,000 per year
