Boucheron Assistant Store Director

1. Maintain store standards in accordance with the store manual procedure.
2. Oversee all inbound and outbound flows of merchandise, including sales stock, after-sales, and PR products.
3. Coordinate various PR requests, including award season, photoshoots, and celebrity dressing.
4. Ensure meticulous execution of end-of-day procedures to maintain operational consistency and security.
5. Report any theft or suspected theft by clients or employees immediately.
6. Manage and process Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) in the system for the store.
7. Drive the achievement of store’s sales and KPI targets established by Senior Management.
8. Work with retail teams to develop and implement plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals.
9. Function as a role model to staff by performing all store functions as necessary.
10. Motivate the team and contribute to building client relationships throughout every step.
11. Ensure the exceptional Boucheron client experience is provided throughout every interaction.
12. Provide a friendly environment with outstanding standards, solid product knowledge, and excellent customer service.
13. Minimize client complaints through effective customer service in accordance with store policy.
14. Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular store management and staff meetings.
15. Train and develop sales executives in all aspects of the business.
16. Prepare and submit time schedules as prescribed by corporate policy, approve payroll, and manage time-off requests.

1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. 3-5 years of retail supervisory experience, luxury experience preferred
3. Experience in retail operations, inventory control, and visual merchandising
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills
5. Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays

1. Highly skilled at creating valuable relationships and developing new connections
2. Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
3. Ability to transfer knowledge and coach team members
4. Customer relations and customer service expertise
5. Computer literacy in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
6. Foreign language proficiency is a plus

3-5 years of retail supervisory experience, preferably within the luxury sector.

Bachelor’s Degree

Base salary: $110,000 - $120,000 per year
