1. Maintain store standards in accordance with the store manual procedure.
2. Oversee all inbound and outbound flows of merchandise, including sales stock, after-sales, and PR products.
3. Coordinate various PR requests such as award season, photoshoots, and celebrity dressing.
4. Ensure meticulous adherence to end-of-day procedures for operational consistency and security.
5. Report any theft or suspected theft by clients or employees immediately.
6. Manage and process Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) in the system.
7. Handle ad hoc assignments and projects.
8. Drive the achievement of store’s sales and KPI targets.
9. Develop and implement plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals.
10. Serve as a role model to staff, demonstrating professional demeanor and disciplined work habits.
11. Motivate the team and contribute to building client relationships.
12. Ensure exceptional client experiences throughout all interactions.
13. Provide a friendly environment with outstanding standards and solid product knowledge.
14. Minimize client complaints through effective customer service.
15. Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular meetings and audits.
16. Train and develop sales executives in all aspects of the business.
17. Prepare and submit time schedules, approve payroll, and manage time-off requests.
18. Lift, carry, and pull merchandise weighing up to 30 pounds.
19. Stand for longer than 8 hours at a time.

1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. 3-5 years of retail supervisory experience, luxury is a plus
3. Experience in retail operations, inventory control, and visual merchandising
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills
5. Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays

1. Highly skilled at creating valuable relationships and developing new connections
2. Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
3. Ability to transfer knowledge and coach team members
4. Customer relations and customer service expertise
5. Computer literacy in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
6. Foreign language skills are a plus

3-5 years of retail supervisory experience, preferably in luxury retail.

Bachelor’s Degree

Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year
