Boucheron Assistant Retail Excellence and Store Performance

- Monitor retail audit campaigns and 'Mystery Shopping' activities, analyzing results for actionable insights.
- Ensure the execution of retail excellence projects through digital tools in-store, such as Yoobic.
- Contribute to the development and effective deployment of uniform collections.
- Liaise with markets in regions such as Asia Pacific, Japan, Middle East, Europe, and the United States to gather qualitative feedback on projects.
- Research emerging retail practices and maintain awareness of competitive activities.
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, IEP, or equivalent university program, seeking a gap year or end-of-study internship.
- Demonstrates rigor, autonomy, and proactivity, with the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment through excellent analytical skills.
- Exhibits strong teamwork and adaptability.
- Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills and an interest in understanding diverse cultures and markets.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Previous experience in retail is advantageous.
Currently enrolled in a relevant university program.
