1. Assist in planning and organizing various phases of high jewelry project development.
2. Coordinate and follow up with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure timely project progression.
3. Manage communication with external partners for creation validation.
4. Prepare decision-making materials for Studio and Marketing boards.
5. Participate in product development meetings and aesthetic modification workshops.
6. Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to create marketing materials.
7. Support the formalization of feedback during Expert Committees.
8. Prepare specifications for workshops and conduct cost analysis studies.
9. Assist with administrative tasks including order management and data updates in PLM.

1. Previous experience in luxury or jewelry is preferred.
2. Strong product sensitivity and recognized creativity.
3. Organized, meticulous, and proactive.
4. Known for enthusiasm and team spirit.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.

Prior experience in the luxury or jewelry sector is advantageous.
