Boucheron Assistant International Retail Operations Intern

- Monitor retail audit campaigns and 'Mystery Shopping' initiatives, analyzing results for actionable insights.
- Ensure the execution of retail excellence projects using digital tools in-store, such as Yoobic.
- Contribute to the development and successful deployment of uniform collections.
- Engage with markets across Asia Pacific, Japan, Middle East, Europe, and the United States to gather qualitative feedback on projects.
- Research emerging retail practices and maintain awareness of competitive activities.
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering program, IEP, or equivalent university, seeking a gap year or end-of-study internship.
- Demonstrates rigor, autonomy, and proactivity with excellent analytical capabilities to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Exhibits strong teamwork and adaptability.
- Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills with an interest in understanding diverse cultures and markets.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous professional experience in retail is advantageous.
Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.
