1. Monitor retail audit campaigns and 'Mystery Shopping' initiatives, analyzing results for actionable insights.
2. Ensure the execution of retail excellence projects using digital tools in-store, such as Yoobic.
3. Contribute to the development and successful deployment of uniform collections.
4. Engage with markets across Asia Pacific, Japan, Middle East, Europe, and the United States to gather qualitative feedback on projects.
5. Research emerging retail practices and maintain awareness of competitive activities.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering program, IEP, or equivalent university, seeking a gap year or end-of-study internship.
2. Demonstrates rigor, autonomy, and proactivity with excellent analytical capabilities to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
3. Exhibits strong teamwork and adaptability.
4. Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills with an interest in understanding diverse cultures and markets.
5. Fluent in English.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Previous professional experience in retail is advantageous.

Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.
