- Calculate net stone requirements and manage stone orders in M3.
- Monitor supplier orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Perform quality control on received gemstones, verifying weight, color, clarity, and certification.
- Manage inventory entries and updates in M3, including label creation and order closure.
- Coordinate weekly stone shipments, including physical preparation and documentation.
- Address quality non-conformities with suppliers and manage returns using M3.
- Support after-sales service by managing stone repairs and replacements.
- Prepare and conduct inventory audits and manage certificate discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate M3 data management and resolve system anomalies.
- Formal training in gemology.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Advanced knowledge of M3 software.
Experience in gemology or a related field is required.
Formal education in gemology is required.
