1. Calculate net stone requirements and manage stone orders in M3.
2. Monitor supplier orders and ensure timely delivery.
3. Perform quality control on received gemstones, verifying weight, color, clarity, and certification.
4. Manage inventory entries and updates in M3, including label creation and order closure.
5. Coordinate weekly stone shipments, including physical preparation and documentation.
6. Address quality non-conformities with suppliers and manage returns using M3.
7. Support after-sales service by managing stone repairs and replacements.
8. Prepare and conduct inventory audits and manage certificate discrepancies.
9. Ensure accurate M3 data management and resolve system anomalies.

1. Formal training in gemology.

1. Proficiency in Excel and Word.
2. Advanced knowledge of M3 software.

Experience in gemology or a related field is required.

Formal education in gemology is required.
