Boucheron Administrative Manager - After-Sales Service

- Manage a portfolio of customer orders for spare parts, including entry into the M3 system.
- Coordinate with accounting, sales administration, and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
- Serve as the client interface, addressing product availability, pricing, and delivery inquiries via email and phone.
- Support and manage component tenders with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Oversee jewelry and watch services between international sales networks and authorized Boucheron service workshops, under the supervision of After-Sales Coordinators.
- Handle various projects and analyses for the After-Sales Service.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program with a focus on Commerce or Logistics.
- Recognized for rigor and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and demonstrate versatility.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excel proficiency.
- Interest in the arts, jewelry making, and gemology is advantageous.

No prior experience required, but relevant internships or coursework in commerce or logistics are beneficial.
