1. Manage a portfolio of customer orders for spare parts, including entry into the M3 system.
2. Coordinate with accounting, sales administration, and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
3. Serve as the client interface, addressing product availability, pricing, and delivery inquiries via email and phone.
4. Support and manage component tenders with suppliers and manufacturers.
5. Oversee jewelry and watch services between international sales networks and authorized Boucheron service workshops, under the supervision of After-Sales Coordinators.
6. Handle various projects and analyses for the After-Sales Service.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program with a focus on Commerce or Logistics.
2. Recognized for rigor and organizational skills.
3. Ability to prioritize and demonstrate versatility.
4. Strong analytical capabilities.
5. Proficiency in English.
6. Excel proficiency.
7. Interest in the arts, jewelry making, and gemology is advantageous.
