1. Process general expenses invoices using Docuware, EDI, or scanned paper formats.
2. Ensure compliance with current accounting standards.
3. Verify correct VAT coding on invoices.
4. Monitor payment deadlines to ensure timely payments.
5. Daily invoice processing across three entities using Docuware.
6. Verify allocations for accounting submission.
7. Assign invoices to appropriate signatories.
8. Track invoice validation flow within the system.
9. Retrieve invoices from various portals and integrate them into Docuware.
10. Respond to inquiries from suppliers and colleagues regarding general expenses.
11. Reconcile supplier account statements to ensure all invoices are accounted for.
12. Manage follow-ups and email correspondence with suppliers regarding missing invoices or credits for account reconciliation.
13. Analyze supplier balances and retrieve monthly debit notes for reconciliation in M3.
14. Follow up with colleagues via email for delayed validations.
15. Submit Agessa declarations.
