1. Process general expense invoices using Docuware, including paper and scanned formats.
2. Ensure compliance with current accounting standards.
3. Verify correct VAT coding on invoices.
4. Adhere to payment deadlines to ensure timely payments.
5. Guarantee comprehensive accounting of invoices.
6. Ensure accurate accounting of invoices regarding supplier, currency, amounts, and analytical allocation.
7. Manage supplier account follow-ups.
8. Daily processing of invoices across three entities.
9. Handle invoicing through Docuware system.
10. Verify allocations for accounting submission.
11. Assign invoices to appropriate signatories.
12. Monitor invoice validation flow within the system.
13. Retrieve invoices from various portals and integrate them into Docuware.
14. Manage general expense supplier follow-ups.
15. Respond to inquiries from suppliers and colleagues.
16. Reconcile supplier account statements to verify invoice completeness.
17. Address follow-ups and manage various email accounts.
18. Contact suppliers to request missing invoices/credits for account reconciliation.
19. Analyze supplier balances.
20. Retrieve and reconcile monthly withdrawal slips in M3 accounting software.
21. Follow up with colleagues via email for delayed validations in Docuware.
22. Submit AGESSA declarations.
