- Process general expense invoices using Docuware, including paper and scanned formats.
- Ensure compliance with current accounting standards.
- Verify correct VAT coding on invoices.
- Adhere to payment deadlines to ensure timely payments.
- Guarantee comprehensive accounting of invoices.
- Ensure accurate accounting of invoices regarding supplier, currency, amounts, and analytical allocation.
- Manage supplier account follow-ups.
- Daily processing of invoices across three entities.
- Handle invoicing through Docuware system.
- Verify allocations for accounting submission.
- Assign invoices to appropriate signatories.
- Monitor invoice validation flow within the system.
- Retrieve invoices from various portals and integrate them into Docuware.
- Manage general expense supplier follow-ups.
- Respond to inquiries from suppliers and colleagues.
- Reconcile supplier account statements to verify invoice completeness.
- Address follow-ups and manage various email accounts.
- Contact suppliers to request missing invoices/credits for account reconciliation.
- Analyze supplier balances.
- Retrieve and reconcile monthly withdrawal slips in M3 accounting software.
- Follow up with colleagues via email for delayed validations in Docuware.
- Submit AGESSA declarations.
