- Support the Worldwide Procurement Team in monitoring the planning and production of store elements.
- Provide daily assistance to the Worldwide Architecture and Newness Teams regarding procurement processes and new supplier validation.
- Assist regional teams in ensuring timely production and logistics for new projects.
- Verify supplier adherence to company standards in process execution.
- Support ad hoc analyses on construction materials, furniture development, and new creation elements.
- Assist with daily internal reports, deliveries, and stock tracking within the internal construction library.
- Student or graduate in Architecture, Economics, or Engineering.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Aesthetic sensibility with a strong analytical mindset.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, dynamic, and proactive approach.
- Teamwork and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel. AutoCAD proficiency is a plus.
No prior experience required, suitable for students or recent graduates.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Economics, or Engineering.
