1. Act as the central liaison between HQ Architecture, Regions, Creative, Development, and external partners.
2. Structure project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for global architectural activations.
3. Monitor budgets to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
4. Anticipate risks and ensure smooth execution across diverse markets.
5. Contribute to spatial concepts for temporary installations, private events, and special venues.
6. Develop layouts, 2D/3D proposals, and technical drawings as required.
7. Support feasibility assessments and collaborate with suppliers on technical implementation.
8. Ensure design integrity from concept through installation.
9. Lead selected projects from initial brief to final delivery.
10. Manage supplier relationships and oversee production follow-up.
11. Ensure coherence between creative ambition, operational feasibility, and brand standards.
12. Safeguard architectural consistency with Bottega Veneta’s identity.
13. Adapt projects to diverse cultural and spatial contexts.
14. Collaborate cross-functionally to translate brand values into physical experiences.

1. Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
2. 2 years of experience in architecture, interior design, or experiential design.
3. Strong interest in luxury retail environments and global store design.

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships across teams and regions.
3. Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and international coordination.
4. Proactive, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented mindset.
5. Proficiency in design and visualization tools such as AutoCAD, Rhino/SketchUp, Adobe Suite.
6. Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials, with a strong willingness to learn.
7. Fluency in English; Italian language skills are a plus.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in architecture, interior design, or experiential design is required, with a focus on luxury retail environments and global store design.

Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
