- Serve as the central liaison among HQ Architecture, regional teams, Creative, Development, and external partners.
- Structure project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor budgets and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Anticipate risks and ensure smooth execution across markets.
- Contribute to spatial concepts for temporary installations, private events, and special venues.
- Develop layouts, 2D/3D proposals, and technical drawings as needed.
- Support feasibility assessments and collaborate with suppliers on technical implementation.
- Ensure design integrity from concept through installation.
- Lead selected projects from initial brief to final delivery.
- Manage supplier relationships and production follow-up.
- Ensure coherence between creative ambition, operational feasibility, and brand standards.
- Safeguard architectural consistency with Bottega Veneta’s identity.
- Adapt projects to diverse cultural and spatial contexts, including large-scale venues in key markets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate brand values into physical experiences.
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in architecture, interior design, or experiential design.
- Strong interest in luxury retail environments and global store design.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships across teams and regions.
- Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and international coordination.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Rhino/SketchUp, Adobe Suite).
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials, with a strong willingness to learn.
- Fluency in English; Italian is a plus.
A minimum of 2 years in architecture, interior design, or experiential design, with a focus on luxury retail environments and global store design.
Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
