1. Assist in updating and maintaining the Worldwide Events calendar in collaboration with the company tutor and team.
2. Support regional teams in local activities and events, including production management.
3. Coordinate logistics with internal departments and external suppliers on both local and international scales.
4. Aid in the production of brand events such as fashion shows and retail events, providing on-site support in Milan.
5. Manage suppliers, timelines, and interactions with departments involved in event organization.
6. Archive records and materials related to key events both digitally and manually.
7. Maintain and update the database of external suppliers and partners, including preparing Purchase Orders and archiving estimates and invoices.
8. Assist in managing the cultural events calendar.
9. Organize institutional events based on existing partnerships.
10. Ensure effective communication flow on various projects with other departments.

1. Degree in Communication, Events Management, or related fields.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Keynote; knowledge of Photoshop is advantageous.
2. Fluent in written and spoken English and Italian; French is a plus.
3. Strong commitment and enthusiasm for the role.

No specific experience required, but a strong interest in event management and the luxury fashion industry is essential.

Degree in Communication, Events Management, or related fields.
