- Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards covering sales, traffic, and conversion metrics.
- Monitor daily website KPIs and tracking accuracy across tools such as GA4 and Tableau, ensuring data reliability.
- Analyze user on-site behaviors and product performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct post-event and campaign analyses to measure results and extract key learnings.
- Support ongoing website optimization through data interpretation and recommendations.
- Consolidate insights into presentations and business decks for senior team leadership, ensuring visibility on performance trends.
- Ensure alignment between analytics data (GA4) and business data (Tableau), ensuring completeness and accuracy of reported metrics.
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- University Degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a relevant quantitative field.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Google Analytics 4.
- Strong understanding of digital business logic and ability to perform complex analysis.
- Reliability and flexibility.
