Bottega Veneta Women’s Shoes Collection Merchandiser

- Support the definition of the collection merchandising strategy for Women’s Shoes.
- Build the collection plan, define the structure of the offer, and coordinate with product teams during collection development.
- Conduct benchmark and competitor analysis while staying informed on industry trends and news.
- Define the pricing architecture to achieve margin targets and ensure collection consistency with carry-over and competitors.
- Perform weekly and monthly sales analysis and create visual reports for communication with design and product development teams.
- Collaborate with the production team on pre-order strategy, delivery follow-up, and industrialization changes.
- Manage sales campaign activities, including collection file, look list, digital selling tool preparation, and sample management.
- Prepare and conduct training activities, from showroom to seasonal collection training in-store, explaining collection inspiration and strategy.
- Collaborate with retail merchandising team to gather continuous market feedback and identify specific opportunities and trends.
- Support the Visual Merchandising and Architecture team during showroom activities and in anticipation of collection delivery in-store.
- 3-5 years of merchandising experience in an established luxury brand.
- Previous experience in shoes, leathergoods, or small leather goods product categories.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office Suite.
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility.
- Strong product and market awareness.
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
3-5 years of merchandising experience in an established luxury brand, with a focus on shoes, leathergoods, or small leather goods.
