1. Define and support the collection merchandising strategy for Women's Ready-To-Wear and Jewellery.
2. Develop the collection plan, structure the offer, and collaborate with product teams during collection development.
3. Conduct benchmark and competitor analysis, staying informed on industry trends and news.
4. Establish pricing architecture to achieve margin targets and ensure collection consistency against carry-over and competitors.
5. Perform weekly and monthly sales analysis, creating visual reports for design and product development teams.
6. Collaborate with production teams on pre-order strategies, deliveries, and normalization fittings.
7. Manage sales campaign activities, including collection files, look lists, digital selling tools, and sample management.
8. Prepare and conduct training activities from showroom to in-store seasonal collection training, conveying collection inspiration and strategy.
9. Work with retail merchandising teams to gather market feedback and identify opportunities and trends.
10. Support Visual Merchandising and Architecture teams during showroom activities and collection deliveries.

1. 3-5 years of merchandising experience in an established luxury brand
2. Fluency in English; Italian language skills are advantageous
