- Contribute to the growth and diversification of the women's bags collection by enriching existing lines and exploring new product opportunities.
- Assist in defining the collection merchandising strategy alongside the Collection Merchandiser and Head of Collection Merchandising.
- Develop the collection plan, detailing the offer structure in terms of breadth, depth, and product positioning, and collaborate with the Product team on development.
- Conduct benchmark and product mix analysis to inform collection decisions.
- Perform global sales analysis to guide carry-over and continuative style strategy and propose actionable insights.
- Support the design of pricing architecture to achieve target margins and conduct pricing analysis for market alignment.
- Maintain and update product descriptions, functions, and categorization, ensuring the seasonal collection file is current.
- Ensure all documentation is precise and updated, including color, material information, codes, and prices.
- Oversee sample reception, coordinate with the Product team, organize and label products for the showroom, and track samples in the sample tracker.
- Develop showroom selling tools and training materials, explaining collection inspiration and strategy to stakeholders.
- Liaise with key stakeholders such as regional teams, training, and e-commerce to ensure product strategy consistency.
- Minimum of 2 years of merchandising experience, including experience with leather goods.
