- Assist in the development and execution of product strategy for the shoes collection.
- Participate in the creation of the collection plan, identifying new functions and product opportunities.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking, including product typology, mix, and price mapping.
- Collaborate with the Product Development Team to track collection progress.
- Perform weekly and monthly sell-out analysis and prepare ad hoc sales reports.
- Prepare documents for seasonal marketing activities and product launch events.
- Manage collection samples and support daily merchandising department activities.
- Contribute to showroom preparation, including line sheets, collection files, and look lists.
- Oversee daily management of product categories and sample assortments.
- Develop product descriptions and ensure hierarchy checks in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Support the development of collection training materials to explain inspirations and strategy.
- Prepare end-of-campaign sell-in analysis.
- Successful completion of studies in Business Management, Fashion & Luxury Brand Management, or equivalent fields.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Previous experience in similar roles, including internships, is beneficial.
- Retail experience is considered an asset.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and product knowledge with a passion for fashion.
- Analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, dynamic, and proactive.
- Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office Suite.
A minimum of 6 months of experience in similar roles, including internships, is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Fashion & Luxury Brand Management, or a related field.
