1. Conduct weekly and monthly reporting and analysis of style, account, and door sales.
2. Track purchase orders and update shipping logs on a weekly basis.
3. Prepare and support quarterly selling campaigns, including scheduling, order entry, order confirmations, and buy books.
4. Manage samples, online copy, and provide general administrative support.
5. Enhance Bottega Veneta's presentation and sales in department stores and build competitive analyses to identify opportunities.

1. Ability to receive academic credit for the internship.
2. Availability to work 24 hours per week.

1. Proficiency in Excel for managing large data sets, including vlookups and pivot tables.
2. Strong strategic communication and writing skills.
3. Proficiency in PowerPoint.
4. Positive and proactive attitude.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Ability to work in the New York City corporate office.

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in luxury fashion and wholesale operations is beneficial.

Must be a student eligible to receive academic credit.

Salary of $16.50 per hour.
