Bottega Veneta Wholesale Analyst Intern

1. Support daily back-office activities in coordination with the Area Manager.
2. Assist wholesale clients with daily activities such as delivery, swaps, reorders, returns, and repairs.
3. Analyze and extract allocated/shipped progress during the season.
4. Collect data for events with respective documentation.
5. Provide monthly support in managing analytical data for SIS/Franchisee clients.
6. Manage EMEA e-commerce assets and follow up with clients.
7. Conduct weekly website checks to ensure alignment with company guidelines and brand image.
8. Support the Area Manager during business trips by preparing materials and following up with clients.
9. Assist in organizing and managing training sessions for the Wholesale channel.
10. Support in managing and organizing sales campaign appointments.
11. Prepare necessary materials during sales campaigns, such as budget sheets and merchandising reports.
12. Manage client interactions during sales campaigns in coordination with the Area Manager.
13. Enter and modify orders and follow up with clients.
14. Check orders in the system and coordinate with Customer Service for PO dispatch.

1. Ability to activate a curricular internship for at least 6 months.

1. Excellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Good knowledge of English, preferably a second language.
3. Strong relational skills.
4. Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Internship experience in back office or similar within a wholesale team.
