Bottega Veneta Wholesale Analyst Intern

- Support daily back-office activities in coordination with the Area Manager.
- Assist wholesale clients with daily operations including delivery, swaps, reorders, returns, and repairs in collaboration with the Area Manager and Customer Service.
- Conduct analysis and extraction of allocated/shipped progress during the season.
- Gather data for events with corresponding documentation.
- Provide monthly support in managing analytical data (ST/SOH/MR/MTD/YTD) for SIS/Franchisee clients.
- Manage EMEA e-commerce assets and follow up with clients.
- Perform weekly website checks to ensure adherence to company guidelines, correct alignment with competitors, and brand image.
- Assist the Area Manager during business trips by preparing materials and following up with clients.
- Support the Area Manager in organizing and managing training sessions for the wholesale channel.
- Assist in managing and organizing sales campaign appointments.
- Support in preparing necessary materials during sales campaigns (budget sheets, ST data, merchandising reports).
- Manage client relations during sales campaigns in coordination with the Area Manager.
- Enter and modify orders, and follow up with clients.
- Check orders entered into the system and follow up with Customer Service for PO dispatch.
- Eligibility to activate a curricular internship for at least 6 months.
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in English, with a preference for additional language skills.
- Strong relational skills.
- Robust analytical and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to work in a goal-driven, fast-paced, and flexible environment.
- Strong work ethic, high energy level, and attention to detail.
- Teamwork capabilities.
Previous internship experience in back-office or a similar role within a wholesale team.
