Bottega Veneta Wholesale Analyst Intern

- Support daily back-office activities in coordination with the Area Manager.
- Assist wholesale clients with daily activities such as delivery, swaps, reorders, returns, and repairs.
- Analyze and extract allocated/shipped progress during the season.
- Collect data for events with respective documentation.
- Provide monthly support in managing analytical data for SIS/Franchisee clients.
- Manage EMEA e-commerce assets and follow up with clients.
- Conduct weekly website checks to ensure alignment with company guidelines and brand image.
- Support the Area Manager during business trips by preparing materials and following up with clients.
- Assist in organizing and managing training sessions for the Wholesale channel.
- Support in managing and organizing sales campaign appointments.
- Prepare necessary materials during sales campaigns, such as budget sheets and merchandising reports.
- Manage client interactions during sales campaigns in coordination with the Area Manager.
- Enter and modify orders and follow up with clients.
- Check orders in the system and coordinate with Customer Service for PO dispatch.
- Ability to activate a curricular internship for at least 6 months.
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good knowledge of English, preferably a second language.
- Strong relational skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a goal-driven, fast-paced, and flexible environment.
- Strong work ethic, high energy level, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team.
Internship experience in back office or similar within a wholesale team.
