1. Support daily back-office activities in coordination with the Area Manager.
2. Assist wholesale clients with daily operations including delivery, swaps, reorders, returns, and repairs in collaboration with the Area Manager and Customer Service.
3. Conduct analysis and extraction of allocated/shipped progress during the season.
4. Gather data for events with corresponding documentation.
5. Provide monthly support in managing analytical data (ST/SOH/MR/MTD/YTD) for SIS/Franchisee clients.
6. Manage EMEA e-commerce assets and follow up with clients.
7. Perform weekly website checks to ensure adherence to company guidelines, correct alignment with competitors, and brand image.
8. Assist the Area Manager during business trips by preparing materials and following up with clients.
9. Support the Area Manager in organizing and managing training sessions for the wholesale channel.
10. Assist in managing and organizing sales campaign appointments.
11. Support in preparing necessary materials during sales campaigns (budget sheets, ST data, merchandising reports).
12. Manage client relations during sales campaigns in coordination with the Area Manager.
13. Enter and modify orders, and follow up with clients.
14. Check orders entered into the system and follow up with Customer Service for PO dispatch.

1. Eligibility to activate a curricular internship for at least 6 months.

1. Excellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Proficient in English, with a preference for additional language skills.
3. Strong relational skills.
4. Robust analytical and organizational capabilities.
5. Ability to work in a goal-driven, fast-paced, and flexible environment.
6. Strong work ethic, high energy level, and attention to detail.
7. Teamwork capabilities.

Previous internship experience in back-office or a similar role within a wholesale team.
