1. Provide day-to-day back-office support in coordination with the Area Manager.
2. Assist wholesale clients with daily activities including delivery, swaps, reorders, returns, and repairs in collaboration with the Area Manager and Customer Service.
3. Conduct analysis and extraction of allocated/shipped progress during the season.
4. Collect data and documentation for events.
5. Support monthly management of analytical data for SIS/franchisee clients.
6. Manage EMEA e-commerce assets and follow up with clients.
7. Conduct weekly website checks to ensure adherence to company guidelines and brand image alignment with competitors.
8. Assist the Area Manager in preparing materials and follow-up during business trips.
9. Support the organization and management of training sessions for the wholesale channel.
10. Assist in the management and organization of sales campaign appointments.
11. Prepare necessary materials for sales campaigns, including budget sheets and merchandising reports.
12. Manage client relations during sales campaigns in coordination with the Area Manager.
13. Enter and modify orders, ensuring follow-up with clients.
14. Verify order entries in the system and coordinate with Customer Service for purchase order dispatch.

1. Eligibility to activate a curricular internship for at least 6 months, currently enrolled in a degree program.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Good command of English, with a preference for an additional language.
3. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a goal-driven, fast-paced, and flexible environment.
6. Strong work ethic, high energy level, and attention to detail.
7. Teamwork capabilities.

Previous internship experience in back-office or a similar role within a wholesale team is preferred.

Currently enrolled in a degree program.
