Bottega Veneta West Coast Operations Manager

- Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures across west coast retail locations in collaboration with various departments including Regional VPs, Sales Audit, Inventory Control, Finance, Visual Merchandising, Human Resources, Security, Store Planning, Merchandising, and IT.
- Propose and support the implementation of initiatives to enhance store operational efficiency.
- Provide onsite support for market selling events requiring operational oversight.
- Oversee regional supply orders and manage budgetary constraints.
- Manage the allocation and receipt confirmation of retail uniforms across all stores.
- Monitor inventory levels of uniforms and branded packaging to align with seasonal needs.
- Oversee cycle counts and manage the annual physical inventory process to maintain brand standards for shrink.
- Review and approve stock adjustments by stores in a timely manner.
- Monitor inventory management activities to ensure compliance.
- Plan and manage operational activities related to store openings, closings, and relocations.
- Conduct routine store visits to ensure organizational standards are met.
- Foster relationships with Store Management, Operations personnel, and corporate partners to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct operational onboarding and ad hoc training for newly hired Store Management.
- Minimum 3 years of retail operational management experience.
- Preferred experience in multi-store management.
- Strong leadership abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills across all mediums and organizational levels.
- Attention to detail with solid organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Proactive and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in POS and inventory management systems, as well as Microsoft Office suite.
A minimum of three years in retail operational management, with a preference for candidates with multi-store management experience.
Annual base salary range of $100,000 to $110,000 USD, plus discretionary bonus.
