- Develop and coordinate the implementation of seasonal Visual Merchandising guidelines for global application.
- Collaborate with architecture, marketing, retail, and merchandising teams to ensure alignment on visual strategies.
- Translate creative concepts into structured documents and toolkits for regional Visual Merchandising teams.
- Manage timelines and oversee the development and production of digital and print guideline materials.
- Ensure brand presentation consistency across all retail formats and regions.
- Collect feedback from regional teams to enhance the clarity and effectiveness of Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Participate actively in showroom, window installations, and store launches.
- Significant experience in a similar role within the fashion or luxury sector, preferably involving large-scale and international projects.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and creativity with a passion for product.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate creative visions to diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and SketchUp.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
Substantial experience in a headquarters or retail role within the fashion or luxury industry, managing large-scale and ideally international projects.
