- Ensure consistent brand image and visual merchandising directives across stores in Northern Europe.
- Visit all regional stores monthly, dedicating approximately 70% of working time to in-store activities.
- Interpret, adapt, and implement visual directives for uniform execution.
- Conceptualize and realize window and internal displays aligning with brand ethos.
- Collaborate with Area Managers, General Merchandise Managers, and Store Managers to optimize visual merchandising and window displays.
- Conduct regular store visits to maintain high standards and adherence to timelines.
- Prepare detailed reports post-store visits and monthly recaps of visual changes and action plans.
- Support new store openings with visual merchandising expertise.
- Coordinate and update visual tools in each store.
- Train and coach in-store Visual Ambassadors to enhance their skills.
- Assist in headquarters and regional activities as required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser in fashion retail or related artistic fields.
- Excellent communication and creative skills.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail and knowledge of current fashion trends.
- Team-oriented with a solution-focused mindset.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and practical.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising for a fashion retailer or within the artistic domain is required.
