1. Ensure all stores across the Middle East region align with Bottega Veneta's vision and standards.
2. Train In-Store Visual Ambassadors to support their development.
3. Collaborate with Area Managers, GMM, Merchandisers, and Store Managers to maximize sales through strong visual merchandising and window displays.
4. Visit stores regularly to maintain high standards and execute visual directives consistently.
5. Conceptualize and realize windows and internal displays that fit within the brand ethos.
6. Prepare reports on store visits and monthly/bimonthly updates on visual changes and action plans.
7. Provide support for new store openings.
8. Coordinate and maintain visual tools in each store.

1. Previous experience as a Visual Merchandiser.
2. Good knowledge of the Middle East luxury market.
3. Ability to travel frequently.

4. Proficiency in Office package.

Previous experience as a Visual Merchandiser is required.
