1. Ensure alignment of all stores across the Middle East Region with Bottega Veneta’s vision, standards, and visual directions.
2. Train In-Store Visual Ambassadors to support their development.
3. Collaborate with Area Managers, GMM, Merchandisers, and Store Managers to optimize store displays and maximize sales.
4. Regularly visit stores in the assigned area to maintain high standards and timely execution.
5. Interpret, adapt, and implement visual directives for consistency across stores.
6. Conceptualize and realize windows and internal displays that reflect the brand ethos.
7. Prepare and submit reports post-store visits and monthly/bimonthly recaps of changes and action plans.
8. Provide support for new store openings.
9. Coordinate and maintain visual tools in each store.

1. Previous experience as a Visual Merchandiser.
2. Good knowledge of the Middle East luxury market.
3. Ability to travel frequently.

1. Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
2. Adaptability and flexibility to work within tight deadlines.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
4. Excellent creative skills and attention to detail.
5. Good planning and organizational skills.
6. Self-motivation and energy.

Prior experience in visual merchandising, particularly within the luxury sector, is required.
