Bottega Veneta Transformation Specialist — Leather Goods Operations

- Identify and propose technical (hard) and organizational (soft) initiatives to improve productivity and product quality across leather goods production.
- Collaborate with process engineering to develop and continuously refine manufacturing processes and workflows.
- Support site managers in defining production KPIs, analysing operational results and translating findings into actionable performance improvements.
- Engage with suppliers and internal stakeholders to assess the value of proposed technological solutions and to translate operational needs into clear specifications.
- Work with MIS and Business Intelligence teams to design, collect and present production data, ensuring accurate, timely performance visibility for decision‑making.
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or a closely related discipline.
- Proven experience in a production/manufacturing environment, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.
- Strong analytical aptitude with demonstrated experience reading and interpreting production data and KPIs.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, proactivity and the ability to drive change across functions.
- Effective communicator with strong teamwork skills and flexibility to operate across multiple production sites.

Practical experience in manufacturing or production operations is required, ideally gained within the fashion or luxury industries, with hands‑on exposure to KPI management, process improvement and cross‑functional project delivery.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or equivalent.
