1. Collaborate on defining a global wholesale training strategy, identifying needs, learning methodologies, and tools.
2. Work cross-functionally to align wholesale business needs with training initiatives.
3. Gather feedback to enhance the learning offerings, ensuring alignment with training and business needs.
4. Adapt training content for the wholesale channel and local requirements while adhering to global guidelines.
5. Organize and deliver training sessions, both virtual and physical, across the EMEA region.
6. Develop and implement an effective training calendar aligned with market needs and business priorities.
7. Ensure consistent delivery of brand heritage, client experience, and product training.
8. Support the development of store managers' leadership skills through dedicated training and coaching.
9. Identify training needs and develop resources tailored to wholesale requirements.
10. Monitor, track, and analyze retail and training KPIs to assess training effectiveness.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail training role within the luxury industry or a training consultancy firm.
2. Management experience is preferred.
3. Excellent understanding of adult learning and blended learning methodologies.
4. In-depth knowledge of luxury retail, client experience, and selling skills.
5. Familiarity with competitors and luxury lifestyle brands.

3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
4. Adaptability and flexibility.
5. Proficiency in English.

At least 3 years of experience in a retail training role within the luxury fashion industry, preferably with management experience.
