1. Collaborate on defining a global wholesale training strategy, identifying needs, methodologies, and tools.
2. Ensure alignment with wholesale business needs and training initiatives through cross-functional collaboration.
3. Adapt training content to suit wholesale channel specificities and local requirements, while adhering to global guidelines.
4. Organize and deliver both virtual and physical training sessions across the EMEA region, in coordination with retail training plans.
5. Develop and implement an effective training calendar aligned with market collections and regional business needs.
6. Ensure consistent delivery of brand heritage, client experience, and product training.
7. Support the development of store managers' leadership skills through dedicated training and coaching.
8. Identify training needs proactively and develop resources tailored to wholesale requirements.
9. Monitor, track, and analyze retail and training KPIs to assess effectiveness and impact.
10. Conduct induction programs for new retail employees, ensuring training within 90 days of employment.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail training role within the luxury industry or a training consultancy firm.
2. Management experience is preferred.
3. Deep understanding of luxury retail, client experience, and selling skills.
4. Knowledge of competitors and general fashion industry trends.

1. Excellent understanding of adult learning and blended learning methodologies.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and multitask effectively.
3. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
4. Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
5. Proficiency in English.

At least 3 years of experience in a retail training role within the luxury fashion industry or a training consultancy firm, with a preference for management experience.
