- Collaborate in defining a global wholesale training strategy, identifying needs, methodologies, and tools.
- Ensure alignment of training initiatives with wholesale business objectives through cross-functional collaboration.
- Adapt training content to suit the specificities of the wholesale channel and local requirements, adhering to global guidelines.
- Organize and deliver both virtual and in-person training sessions across the EMEA region, in coordination with retail training plans.
- Develop and implement an effective training calendar aligned with collection launches and regional business needs.
- Ensure consistent delivery of brand heritage, client experience, and product training.
- Support the development of store managers' leadership skills through dedicated training and coaching.
- Identify training needs proactively and drive the development of training resources tailored to wholesale requirements.
- Monitor, track, and analyze retail and training KPIs to assess training effectiveness.
- Conduct follow-ups on Mystery Shopping results to elevate store standards.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail training role within the luxury industry or a training consultancy firm.
- Management experience is preferred.
- Deep understanding of luxury retail, client experience, and selling skills.
- Knowledge of competitors and general fashion industry insights.
- Proficiency in feedback and coaching methodologies.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan and multitask effectively.
- Superior communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
- Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of three years in a retail training role within the luxury sector or a training consultancy firm, with a preference for candidates with management experience.
