1. Collaborate in defining a global wholesale training strategy, identifying needs, methodologies, and tools.
2. Ensure alignment with wholesale business needs and training initiatives through cross-functional collaboration.
3. Adapt training content to suit wholesale channel specificities and local requirements, while adhering to global guidelines.
4. Organize and deliver both virtual and physical training sessions across the EMEA region, in coordination with retail training plans.
5. Develop and deploy an effective training calendar aligned with collection timelines and regional business needs.
6. Support the development of store managers' leadership skills through dedicated training and coaching.
7. Monitor, track, and analyze retail and training KPIs to assess training effectiveness.
8. Provide feedback to enhance the learning offer, ensuring it meets training and business needs.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail training role within the luxury industry or a training consultancy firm.
2. Management experience is preferred.
3. In-depth understanding of luxury retail, client experience, and selling skills.
4. Knowledge of competitors and general fashion industry insights.

1. Excellent understanding of adult learning and blended learning methodologies.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and multitask effectively.
3. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
4. Adaptability and flexibility.
5. Proficiency in English.

At least 3 years of experience in a retail training role within the high-end luxury sector or a training consultancy firm, with a preference for management experience.
