- Collaborate in defining a global wholesale training strategy, identifying needs, methodologies, and tools.
- Ensure alignment on wholesale business needs and training initiatives through cross-functional collaboration.
- Adapt training content to suit the specificities of the wholesale channel and local needs, while adhering to global guidelines.
- Organize and deliver both virtual and physical training sessions across the EMEA region, in coordination with retail training plans.
- Develop and deploy an effective training calendar aligned with collection launches and regional business needs.
- Support the development of store managers' leadership skills through dedicated training and coaching.
- Ensure brand heritage, client experience, and product training are consistently delivered.
- Identify training needs proactively and drive the development of training resources.
- Monitor, track, and analyze retail and training KPIs to assess training effectiveness.
- Organize and deliver induction programs for newly hired retail employees, ensuring completion within 90 days of employment.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail training role within the luxury industry or a training consultancy firm.
- Management experience is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of luxury retail, client experience, and selling skills.
- Knowledge of competitors and general fashion industry insights.
- Excellent understanding of adult learning and blended learning methodologies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and multitask effectively.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- Proficiency in English.
A minimum of 3 years in a retail training role within the luxury sector or a training consultancy firm, with a preference for management experience.
