Bottega Veneta Training Specialist

- Collaborate in defining a global wholesale training approach, identifying needs, learning methodologies, and tools.
- Ensure alignment on wholesale business needs and training initiatives through cross-functional collaboration.
- Adapt training content for the wholesale channel, respecting global guidelines and local needs.
- Organize and deliver both virtual and physical training sessions within the EMEA region.
- Develop and deploy an effective training calendar aligned with market needs and business priorities.
- Ensure consistent delivery of brand heritage, client experience, and product training.
- Support the development of store managers' leadership skills through dedicated training and coaching.
- Monitor, track, and analyze retail and training KPIs to assess training effectiveness.
- Provide feedback to improve the learning offer and ensure it meets business needs.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail training role within the high-end luxury industry or a training consultancy firm.
- Management experience is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of luxury retail, client experience, and selling skills.
- Knowledge of competitors and general fashion industry trends.
- Excellent understanding of adult learning and blended learning methodologies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and multitask effectively.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Fluency in English.
At least 3 years of experience in a retail training role in the luxury fashion industry or a training consultancy firm, with a preference for management experience.
