Bottega Veneta Temporary Store Manager

- Support store operations, including business performance, customer service, and brand image.
- Drive achievement of store sales targets and individual sales goals.
- Maximize store business potential and sales by department in line with company strategy.
- Mentor and coach retail associates to develop competencies and drive sales.
- Monitor and ensure quality of data in sales staff's client books and propose action plans.
- Manage recruitment for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
- Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up.
- Comply with and enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
- Deliver exceptional service to clientele, upholding brand service values and managing customer relationships.
- Perform operational functions including opening and closing the store, register, and back office management.
- Maintain a fair and respectful environment for all associates.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
- Ability to work in a team, organizational awareness, and flexibility.
- Strong knowledge of products and brand philosophy.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
A minimum of five years in a managerial role within the retail sector is required.
