1. Assist in all stages of the product development process for the Tailoring & Outerwear category, including material selection, construction techniques, and sizing specifications.
2. Collaborate closely with the Design Team and various internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of product specifications.
3. Participate in collection fittings to ensure that the final product meets the quality, fit, and aesthetic standards required by the brand.
4. Support cost monitoring and assist in the negotiation process to ensure profitability based on the validated collection plan.
5. Maintain accurate records of product development stages, including technical specs, materials used, and feedback from fitting sessions.
6. Assist in managing timelines to ensure that product development milestones are met and deadlines are adhered to.

1. Degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Product Development or related fields, or equivalent experience.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Basic understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and tailoring techniques.
4. Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with basic knowledge of product development software being a plus.
2. Strong interest in fashion and a passion for tailoring and outerwear.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to changing priorities.

No specific prior experience required, but a strong interest in fashion and product development is essential.
