1. Support the design team by assisting in the understanding and refinement of design concepts for the Ready-To-Wear Tailoring & Outerwear Collection.
2. Assist in coordinating with suppliers to manage prototypes for tailoring and outerwear garments as directed by the Head of Tailoring and Outerwear Product Development.
3. Collaborate with pattern makers, sample sewers, and other professionals to refine prototypes and ensure alignment with design expectations.
4. Organize and participate in fitting sessions, aiding in the evaluation of garment fit and aesthetics.
5. Ensure final samples are produced in accordance with design specifications and within the Collection Calendar timelines.
6. Maintain accurate and organized records of design specifications, patterns, samples, and production details.
7. Assist in creating and managing Bill of Materials (BOM) to support production accuracy and material sourcing.

1. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Product Development, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in product development, preferably in tailoring or outerwear.

1. Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and trims.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software.
3. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate across departments.
6. Passion for fashion and a keen interest in tailoring and outerwear trends.

1-2 years of experience in product development, preferably in tailoring or outerwear.

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Product Development, or a related field.
